Terms of Use
This document describes how the application actually works. It has not been
reviewed by an attorney.
Operator: Ster Analytics LLC ("we", "us", "our").
Effective date: 11 September 2026.
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern authorized use of our internal CRM and
command-center application (the "Tool"). The Tool is an internal business system
operated by us on our own Google Workspace and Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
environment. By signing in, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who may use the Tool
The Tool is restricted to authorized users of Ster Analytics LLC
only — the owner and invited team members. Access requires a Google account on
our Workspace domain; sign-in is restricted to that domain. Each user is
assigned a role:
- Owner — full access to every section, plus team management and the
payment-provider connection.
- Member — access only to the specific sections an owner has granted, via
per-section permissions.
Roles and permissions are enforced by the backend, not merely hidden in the
interface. Do not share your credentials or attempt to use an account that is
not yours.
2. Acceptable use
You agree to:
- use the Tool only for the legitimate business purposes of the organization;
- respect the access limits of your role and not attempt to bypass role-based
access control (RBAC) or per-section permissions;
- not create, upload, or publish unlawful, infringing, or malicious content.
Published landing pages accept HTML, which the Tool sanitizes and serves under
a strict Content Security Policy, but you remain responsible for the
content you create;
- keep client and personal data confidential and handle it in accordance with
our [Privacy Policy](PRIVACY_POLICY.md);
- not attempt to extract, alter, or interfere with payment-provider
credentials, the token-signing key, or other secrets.
3. Accounts and security
You are responsible for all activity under your account. The Tool issues a
stateless, HMAC-signed session token that expires after 12 hours; you may need
to sign in again after it lapses. Report any suspected compromise of your
account or of client data immediately. An owner may change or revoke your access
at any time, and account offboarding is handled through the organization's
Google Admin console.
4. Invoices, agreements, and payments
- Invoices. Invoice PDFs are generated from the details you enter, stored in
the organization's Google Drive, emailed via Gmail, and logged to the master
Google Sheet. The Tool requires an explicit pre-flight confirmation step
(a signed token tied to the exact recipient and payload) before an invoice is
sent. You are responsible for the accuracy of every invoice you confirm.
- NDAs and agreements. The NDA/agreement generator produces documents from
the terms you enter. These templates are provided **for convenience and are
not legal advice**; have a lawyer review any agreement that matters.
- Payments. Online invoice payment is optional and, when enabled, is
processed by Stripe or Bill.com on their hosted payment
pages, subject to their terms. We never collect, process, or store card
numbers, CVV, or full card data on our systems. The Tool records only the
invoice number, amount, provider event id, and paid/unpaid status.
5. Third-party services
The Tool relies on Google Workspace and Google Cloud (Contacts, Sheets, Drive,
Gmail, Calendar, Secret Manager, Cloud Run) and, if payments are enabled, on a
payment processor. Your use of those underlying services is also subject to
their respective terms.
6. Data ownership
Business and personal data processed in the Tool remains the organization's
data. It is stored in the organization's own Google Workspace (Contacts, Sheets,
Drive, Gmail, Calendar) and in GCP Secret Manager. The backend is stateless and
retains nothing between requests. Our handling of personal data is described in
the [Privacy Policy](PRIVACY_POLICY.md) and the
[Data Processing Addendum](DPA.md).
7. Availability
The Tool is provided on an "as available" basis. The backend runs as a
stateless service on Cloud Run and depends on Google Workspace and, where
enabled, third-party payment providers. We aim for reliable operation but do not
guarantee uninterrupted access; provider outages and maintenance may cause
downtime.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Tool is provided without warranties
of any kind, express or implied. Our liability is limited as set out in
these Terms. Nothing in these Terms excludes or
limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The in-app version served at
/api/legal/terms is the current version. Continued use of the Tool after an
update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which Ster Analytics LLC is organized,
without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
